When i go on bebo and try to sign up it says -Sorry, you cannot use this website- help

restart your computer i have a bebo and it never says that turn off ur computer for a few minutes and than try it if ur under 13 u can't use it but if you need any thing more e-mail me and u r only ten so ur under age im 13 well they probaly lied about there age not tryying to be mean
