Bebo skins?

on bebo skins how do you get your images to move when your using paint to mae them








and when they are on bebo how do you get rid of the whiteness behinde them





please help

its easy paint will NOT work get animation shop 3 to make them move and flash oh and go on stylesheet u should work it out
