Help with Bebo's 'report abuse' facility, they're absolutely useless!?

I saw a group with loads of racist sayings and racist imagery which was also kinda promoting terrorism - so I filled in a 'report abuse' form on Bebo and I just got an automated email straight away saying block the user and they'll leave you alone, the matter is now closed, if you think further abuse has happened fill in another report abuse form. So I thought 'they're not going to look at it personally til I block the group and do another form' so I went to do it and now it says I'm not authorized to view the group - I think Bebo has automatically blocked me because my friend can view it when she logs in!


Grrrr what can I do for Bebo to actually LOOK at the group and take it down - they've been a member for over a year!!

This kind of stuff happens all the time...maybe bebo would rather ignore you then get rid of the inappropriate/offensive material.

u can even report stuff that aint tru and get the users profile deleted
